1. Acceptance

By using the Q Keyword Tool ("the Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Application is a private, in-house tool for keyword research via the Google Ads API.

2. Use of the Application

• The Application is provided for the account owner's own advertising research and account management.
• You are responsible for complying with the Google Ads API Terms of Service and all applicable Google policies.
• The Application accesses the Google Ads API in a read-only manner and performs no mutations of Google Ads account data.

3. No Warranty

The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Keyword metrics retrieved from the Google Ads API are estimates provided by Google and may not reflect actual performance.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application.

5. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
